There’s no such thing as safe tobacco, including vapes. Vaping is addictive, and it can even be deadly.

Your vape contains more than 31 different types of dangerous chemicals, including nicotine. Vaping companies try to convince you that their products are safe and e-liquid flavors, like cotton candy or mango, make vapes sound harmless, but there’s a lot we don’t know about the health effects of vaping.

The truth is, vaping can:

  • Make you addicted to tobacco.
  • Leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and upset.
  • Irritate your lungs and give you chemical burns, making you cough up blood.
  • We still don’t know all of the effects of vaping, but tobacco use can lead to lung disease, heart disease, and different types of cancer.

The best thing you can do for your life, your health, and your future is to choose to not vape.
